"The lead times with other suppliers were much longer, sometimes I would wait up to a month for deliveries to arrive.
The service with IDML is different as the lead times are fast.
Also there was no minimum order quantitities required.
In-house production is definitely a massive plus to enable such fast response times.
The whole process with IDML from requesting a quote to delivery of the end product is excellent.
